What are your items made out of?
All of our items are made with wool that is felted, either by needle felting or wet felting.
Do you offer local pickup?
We have had pickup locations in the past, but currently we do not offer pickup.
Do you take custom orders?
Taking custom orders would slow down production of inventory, so it’s not something we offer.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes! You can now shop our wholesale catalog on Faire!
Do you accept returns?
At the moment, we are not accepting returns. If your item(s) arrive damaged, please email us at feltthat23@gmail.com
Are the earrings hypoallergenic?
Our earrings are stainless steel & won't irritate most sensitive ears!
